The Role

We are hiring a Head of Marketing & Growth to lead our global marketing function and drive the next phase of Muslim Pro’s growth. You will lead a talented, multi‑disciplinary team of 14 professionals, overseeing all aspects of marketing including Brand, PR, Performance Marketing, SEO, ASO, Lifecycle Communications, Market Research, and a centralized Design team.

As part of the senior leadership team, you will be responsible for stewarding the brand, driving sustainable user growth, and deepening engagement across our entire product ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Strategy & Growth
  • Define and execute the marketing strategy to deliver on company‑level KPIs: Installs, Organic Growth and Brand Health.
  • Partner closely with Product, Content, Business Development, and Engineering teams to drive user activation and retention.
  • Lead go‑to‑market strategy and user adoption for new product verticals and work with Business Leads to ensure a holistic view of the user journey across the ecosystem.
  • Own annual Ramadan strategy and evergreen engagement plans.
2. Performance Marketing, SEO & ASO
  • Own the performance marketing strategy and budget across platforms (Google, Apple Search Ads, Meta, TikTok and others)
  • Drive CPI, ROAS and creative effectiveness through structured experimentation.
  • Lead SEO‑first content and ASO strategies to grow organic traffic, storefront conversion and keyword rankings.
3. Brand, Communications & Community
  • Own Muslim Pro’s global brand positioning, narrative, and governance across all user touchpoints and verticals.
  • Lead PR, media relations, crisis communications and reputation management for the brand and key executives.
  • Oversee content marketing and social media strategy to strengthen brand sentiment, deepen community engagement, drive product usage and support seasonal priorities.
  • Oversee the production and approval of all brand, marketing, and communication materials (print, digital, in‑app, corporate assets).
4. Creative, Insights & Marketing Operations
  • Oversee the centralised Design team to ensure high‑quality, efficient creative support across the company.
  • Lead Market Research to plan, execute, and distribute insights on market trends, user behaviour, and competitive analysis.
  • Build tracking systems, dashboards, and review cadences to monitor marketing performance across all channels.
5. Team, Operations & Budget Leadership
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a full‑funnel marketing team across multiple functions and markets.
  • Manage the annual marketing budget, ensuring disciplined spending, ROI optimisation, and accurate forecasting.
  • Foster a culture of data literacy, testing and shared accountability.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 12 years of experience in mobile, digital, or consumer product marketing, with proven leadership of multi‑disciplinary teams.
  • Hands‑on experience in performance marketing, SEO and ASO, and growth experimentation.
  • Strong background in brand management, public relations, and media engagement.
  • Demonstrated ability to create integrated marketing plans and manage large, multi‑market budgets.
  • Experience overseeing both creative production and marketing operations (processes, tooling, tracking).
  • Clear communicator with strong writing and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast‑moving environment.
  • Experience collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Business Development teams.
  • Comfortable navigating cultural nuance and user needs within a global Muslim audience.
