Job summary
A leading company in the construction industry in Singapore is seeking an Office Receptionist to strengthen customer relationships and enhance sales through both indoor and outdoor activities. The ideal candidate should have at least A Levels and relevant experience in the construction or related field. Interested candidates can apply via email. Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers.
- Conduct indoor and outdoor sales to promote products.
- Attend to walk-in customers and provide product demonstrations.
- Conduct site visits to propose suitable solutions.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations and contracts.
- Achieve assigned sales targets.
Education
Our client is leading player in construction industry. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting an Office Receptionist to be part of their Team. They are located in the East Area - easily accessible.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Conduct both indoor sales (in-office/showroom) and outdoor sales (on-site client visits) to promote company products and services.
- Attend to walk-in customers, introduce products, and provide detailed presentations or demonstrations.
- Conduct site visits to understand customer needs, take measurements, and propose suitable solutions.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, sales proposals, and contracts.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Min A Level and above
- Relevant experience in construction or a relevant industry
