NAMITEC is a dynamic and innovative provider of high-performance engine oil additives, dedicated to enhancing vehicle performance. We have launched our proven product in the Singapore market and are seeking driven individuals to build our presence and become a key part of our growth story.

The Opportunity

We are looking for two passionate Field Sales Executives to pioneer our entry into specific segments of Singapore's automotive workshop industry. This is a ground-floor opportunity to build a territory from scratch, with strong support and high earning potential.

Role 1: Motorcycle Workshop Specialist

Your focus will be on building relationships with motorbike repair shops, performance tuners, and scooter workshops across the island.

Role 2: Car & Commercial Vehicle Specialist

Your focus will be on automotive workshops, car servicing centres, and commercial vehicle fleet operators.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct Sales & Business Development: Proactively identify, prospect, and conduct face-to-face visits with workshop owners and managers to introduce and sell NAMITEC products.
  • Relationship Building: Establish yourself as a trusted advisor by building strong, long-term relationships within your specialized network.
  • Product Expertise: Master the technical and economic benefits of NAMITEC to effectively demonstrate value and address client needs.
  • Territory Management: Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and ensure comprehensive coverage of your assigned segment.
Who We Are Looking For
  • A motivated and resilient individual with a passion for sales and the automotive industry.
  • Preferred Profile: 1-2 years of experience in field sales. Candidates with experience in the automotive aftermarket sector (e.g., parts, lubricants, servicing, tyres) will have a distinct advantage.
  • Essential Requirements: Must possess a Class 2B license and/or Class 3 license and own transport/vehicle (bike or car)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Self-starter with a strong sense of initiative and the ability to work independently.
What We Offer

A competitive remuneration package designed to reward your effort and results:

  • Basic Salary: S$2,250 - S$3,250 per month, commensurate with experience.
  • Transport Allowance: S$300 - S$750 per month, depending on the vehicle used for work (motorcycle or car).
