Overview

Pacific Prime, a leading global corporate broker, is expanding its Property & Casualty (P&C) team (Commercial Lines). We are dedicated to fostering long-term relationships, understanding client needs, and delivering tailored insurance solutions. In this role, you'll also gain exposure to other lines of business, including health insurance and flexible benefits, while collaborating with clients, colleagues, and partners locally, regionally, and globally.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of general insurance policies (e.g., Public Liability, WICA, Property, PI, D&O) for new and existing corporate clients.
  • Oversee renewals for existing client accounts across varying sizes and premium values.
  • Managing all paperwork and coordination from the pre-renewal stage through to post-renewal, ensuring timely completion of payment and documentation.
  • Handle mid-term policy adjustments, client queries, and escalations promptly and efficiently.
  • Assist with claims processing, liaising with insurers and clients, and drafting detailed claims reports.
  • Prepare tailored claims reports, conduct detailed analysis, and present insights to insured parties based on their requirements.
  • Respond to new business inquiries, engaging with leads generated from various initiatives.
  • Propose customized solutions for B2B insurance requirements and explore opportunities for cross-selling other lines of business.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and identify growth opportunities.
  • Prepare reports as required and work on RFPs such as tenders
  • Negotiate with insurers to secure optimal outcomes for clients while ensuring timely delivery of services and solutions.
  • Draft quotations and manage follow-ups for client proposals and renewals. Proven ability to pitch and present effectively to clients.
  • Maintain accurate and updated documentation in relevant systems.
  • Assist with quotations, proposals, and ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Diploma or Degree holder.
  • BCP, PGI, and ComGI certifications are required for licensing.
  • Proactive, service-oriented, and sales-driven with a positive, results-focused mindset.
  • Proven ability to pitch and present effectively to clients.
