Accounts Executive - Full Set / SAP

• Location: Chinatown
• Working days: Mon - Friday (830am - 530pm)
• Salary : $2,800 - $3,800

Job Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting operations, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger entries.
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records.
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities.
• Manage invoicing, payment processing, and ensure timely collection from clients.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and other stakeholders when required.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Perform other ad-hoc finance and administrative tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• With full set accounting experience
• Proficient with SAP systems preferred
