Job summary
PSA Corporation recherche un Trainee Lashing Supervisor pour intégrer leur programme de formation d'un an. Ce rôle implique de sécuriser des conteneurs et de superviser les opérations de lashing. Les candidats doivent être prêts à travailler en extérieur et à des hauteurs. Un bonus à l'embauche allant jusqu'à 8 000$ est disponible.
Responsibilities
- Sécuriser des conteneurs sur les navires à l'aide d'équipements de lashing.
- Superviser les opérations de lashing et motiver l'équipe de spécialistes.
- Participer aux opérations de coning et deconing.

Job Duties:
Join our 1 year traineeship programme and establish your career as a Lashing Supervisor.
You will secure containers on vessels using lashing equipment, berth and unberth vessels, carry out wharf operations such as coning and deconing, and assist in water bunkering operations.
Upon completion of the 1 year traineeship programme, you will supervise lashing operations and motivate a team of lashing specialists.
Requirements:
• Willing to work on rotating shifts and outdoors
• Able to work at heights
