Overview

We're Hiring: Outdoor Sales Executive

Location: Tai Seng

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM; Saturday 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Salary Package: Basic Salary $2,500 - $4,000 (depending on experience); Attractive Commission Scheme; 13th Month Bonus + AWS; 3-Month Probation (Salary increment upon confirmation based on performance)

Responsibilities
  • Be part of the driving force behind the company’s revenue growth
  • Daily lead sourcing and cold calling potential clients
  • Identify client needs, handle objections, and close deals
  • Build and maintain long-term, sustainable client relationships
  • Stay informed of market trends, competitors’ products, pricing, and sales strategies
  • Identify new market opportunities and industry shifts
  • Manage product profitability (sales and inventory control)
  • Strong business acumen and industry insight
  • Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
