A leading hospital in Singapore is seeking a candidate for a talent management role, responsible for succession planning and talent development initiatives. The ideal applicant should have a degree in any discipline, preferably in HR, and at least 5 years of relevant HR or talent management experience. Strong communication skills, meticulousness, and familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors are essential. This position offers the potential for seniority based on experience.
As a member of the Talent Management team, you play a key role in implementation and administration of talent management succession planning, talent development initiatives organisation management in SAP SuccessFactors, management of External Appointments, Critical Skills Identification and other initiatives.
