Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership & Management: Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Sales Consultants to achieve individual and team KPIs. Set clear performance expectations and monitor KPIs are met. Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with Sales Consultants to provide feedback, address challenges, and ensure personal development.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute effective sales strategies and tactics to meet company targets. Ensure smooth execution of daily, weekly, and monthly sales plans. Monitor and manage Sales Consultant activity (calls, meetings, conversions) to ensure high productivity.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting: Track and analyse sales metrics, preparing regular reports for senior management. Provide actionable insights to improve sales performance, including identifying bottlenecks or areas for growth. Implement changes or improvements based on performance data to enhance team success.
  • Training & Development: Onboard and train new Sales Consultants to ensure they understand products, services, and sales processes. Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance skills in prospecting, client meetings, closing sales, and using CRM tools.
  • Collaboration with Other Departments: Collaborate with Marketing to align sales and marketing strategies, ensuring seamless lead flow and qualified prospects. Coordinate with the Project Coordinator and Operations Team to ensure smooth handovers of new clients and set proper expectations.
  • Client Relationship Management: Support Sales Consultants in handling challenging client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. Assist in closing high-value deals when necessary, ensuring alignment with company goals and targets.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Regularly report on team performance and provide feedback to upper management. Analyse trends in sales performance and provide recommendations for improvements.
Requirements

  • Strong experience in B2B sales (preferably in a digital services environment).
