Job summary

A coffee technology firm in Singapore seeks a Sales Executive to drive B2B sales in the F&B and HORECA sectors. You will prospect and secure new clients, manage key relationships, and ensure sales targets are met. Ideal candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in B2B sales with a strong background in coffee machines and related supplies. Excellent negotiation and communication skills are essential.

What you’ll do (Responsibilities)
  • Prospect, cold-call, and identify new B2B opportunities in the F&B, HORECA, corporate & institutional sectors for machines, beans, and related equipment
  • Drive full sales cycle: pitch, negotiate, close deals, and hand over to operations/installation teams
  • Manage and grow relationships with key decision-makers (e.g. owners, operations managers, procurement)
  • Hit monthly/quarterly sales targets and report pipeline progress to leadership
What we’re looking for (Requirements)
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in B2B sales, ideally in coffee machines, F&B equipment, or HORECA supplies
  • Strong knowledge or exposure to coffee machines, grinders, bean supply, or related consumables
  • Track record of consistently hitting or overachieving sales quotas
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Self-starter, results-oriented, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
