About the Role

As a Sales Executive, you will be at the forefront of expanding our restaurant partner network. Your mission is to identify and onboard exceptional dining venues—ranging from independent gems to emerging hospitality groups—into our ecosystem. You’ll introduce our suite of solutions designed to help restaurants enhance visibility, streamline operations, and grow sustainably.

This role is ideal for driven sales professionals with a strong track record in outbound prospecting, pipeline management, and closing deals. You’ll operate with autonomy, strategic thinking, and a passion for helping businesses thrive.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source and prospect high-quality restaurants through outbound efforts, referrals, and strategic targeting.
  • Lead outreach via calls, emails, site visits, and meetings to present our dining solutions.
  • Develop tailored proposals that address business needs and demonstrate clear ROI.
  • Manage the full sales cycle—from lead qualification and pipeline prioritization to contract negotiation and signing.
  • Maintain high pipeline hygiene, ensuring timely engagement and follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with onboarding, operations, and marketing teams to ensure smooth handovers and successful partner launches.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track interactions, forecast accurately, and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated on F&B trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to refine your approach.
Essential Qualifications
  • Diploma or higher in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, hospitality, or F&B services.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong pipeline management and CRM proficiency.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a consultative approach.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
