• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to understand client needs and propose tailored solutions.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work independently.
• Experience with HR software or payroll outsourcing is a bonus.
• Skills in social media marketing and WordPress are advantageous.
