Job summary
A leading technology firm in Singapore is seeking a Customer Service Representative to maintain direct contact with customers before and after sales. You will collaborate with sales teams and field service to foster strong customer relationships, gather valuable product reliability feedback, and provide insightful reports to management. A Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of related experience are mandatory. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience.
- Advanced degree without experience or equivalent work experience is acceptable.
Responsibilities
- Maintain direct contact with customers before and after the sale.
- Collaborate with sales teams and field service to foster positive customer relationships.
- Gather accurate accounts of product reliability from customers.
