Job summary

An established outsourcing company in Singapore is seeking a Customer Service Representative. You will handle customer inquiries via phone, live chat, and in-person, along with supporting daily administrative operations. Ideal candidates must be Singaporean and hold at least a GCE A Level or Diploma in a related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential. This role offers a contracted duration of 3 months with working hours from Monday to Thursday: 8.30 am to 6.00 pm, and Friday: 8.30 am to 5.30 pm.

Qualifications

  • Only Singaporean.
  • Minimum qualifications of GCE A Level or a Diploma.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications.

Responsibilities

  • Attend to customer enquiries via phone, live chat and at the counter.
  • Carry out ad-hoc documentation and administrative tasks.
