  • Guiding prospects through the sales process from contact to closing.
  • Maintaining relationships with clients and identifying upselling opportunities.
  • Tracking sales activities and achieving monthly sales quotas.
Job description
Primary Responsibilities
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation:

    Researching potential clients and generating leads through outbound calls, emails, and other digital channels. Responding to inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person about products, services, or policies.

  • Customer Engagement:

    Responding to inbound inquiries, conducting sales pitches, explaining product features, and answering customer questions.

  • Sales Cycle Management:

    Guiding prospects through the sales funnel, from initial contact to closing deals, and managing follow-ups.

  • Relationship Management:

    Building and maintaining relationships with both new and existing clients and identifying opportunities for upselling additional products or services.

  • Sales Performance:

    Achieving monthly sales quotas and targets and accurately tracking sales activities and metrics using CRM software. Target of S$200K

  • Collaboration:

    Working with other sales and marketing teams to share best practices, align on strategies, and ensure customer satisfaction.

  • General Sales Administration
  • Processing orders and transactions, including returns, exchanges, and cancellation
  • Generate DO and Invoices
  • Prepare Payment Schedule to Supplier
  • Manage delivery via third party warehouse
