A customer service firm in Singapore is looking for a professional to handle customer inquiries via emails, hotline, and in-person. The role requires proven experience in customer service, particularly in email support, and excellent written communication skills. Responsibilities include resolving complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction. A strong problem-solving ability is essential, along with familiarity with customer service tools. This is a 1-year contract position with a work schedule of 10am to 7pm, covering 4 weekdays and 1 weekend.
