Responsibilities

• Manage receipt, recording, safekeeping and return of lost items.
• Maintain a comprehensive database of all lost and found items.
• Liaise with item owners and agencies to return lost items.
• Reach out to passengers involved in incidents onboard buses.
• Receive, log and track customer feedback, compliments and complaints.
• Prepare regular reports on lost and found items and passenger outreach.
