ESG Reporting

• Support double materiality assessments and integrate findings into disclosures.
• Assist in preparing ESG reports aligned with frameworks like CSRD.
• Coordinate ESG data collection and validation across functions.
• Contribute to drafting sustainability reports and related content.
• Manage ESG limited assurance processes with external auditors.
• Track and interpret ESG reporting regulations and developments.

Benchmarking, Performance Monitoring & Communication

• Conduct ESG benchmarking and identify performance gaps.
• Develop tools to drive ESG management and reporting.
• Monitor ESG KPIs, own and execute performance tracking.
• Prepare presentations and dashboards for the Board and Audit Committee.

ESG Rating, Stakeholder Engagement & ESG Enquiries

• Own ESG rating submissions (e.g., MSCI, CDP) and continuous scores improvements.
• Manage ESG-related enquiries from customers and suppliers.

ESG Initiatives & Cross-Functional Support

• Assist in driving ESG projects across departments.
• Partner with team on internal ESG communications, training, and awareness.

Compliance Support

• Assist the Compliance team in monitoring compliance with relevant laws and policies.
• Contribute to the maintenance of the company's compliance program, including periodic policy reviews, training initiatives, and risk assessments.
• Assist in developing training materials related to ethics and governance.

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Sustainability, Environmental Management (with a focus on ESG or reporting), or related discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in ESG or Sustainability roles or in a related field, ideally within a large global organization or the shipping industry.
• Candidates from related fields such as finance, compliance, operations, or data analysis who possess strong data skills and a working knowledge of ESG reporting or GHG emissions accounting are also encouraged to apply.

• Proven experience managing large datasets and collaborating effectively across departments.
• Meticulous attention to detail with a strong commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
• Digitally fluent and adaptable, capable of learning and applying new tools for data analysis, ESG reporting, and workflow automation.
• Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Prior experience working with ESG or performance-related data.
• Foundational knowledge of ESG reporting principles and greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions accounting.
• Familiarity with sustainability frameworks such as CSRD, GRI, TCFD, ISSB, SASB, or CDP.
