Seeking a self‑motivated, analytical and tech‑savvy Research Specialist to design, implement and analyse surveys to support data‑driven decision making. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to drive digital transformation, improve survey operations and strengthen research capabilities within the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design, execution and analysis of surveys to support research objectives
  • Generate insights to drive policy and operational decisions
  • Use technology tools to enhance survey operations, reporting and internal processes
  • Support digital transformation initiatives and capability‑building efforts
  • Prepare and present reports and findings to senior management and stakeholders
Requirements
  • Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Consumer Research or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in consumer research, data analytics or research analytics
  • Strong analytical, critical‑thinking and problem‑solving skills
  • Proficient in SQL, Python, ETL processes, Tableau and Power BI
  • Advantageous: Knowledge of SPSS, UiPath, Power Automate, ML algorithms, public consultation processes
  • Strong communication skills; able to present complex insights clearly to non‑technical audiences
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
Duration / Working Details
  • Schedule: MonThu: 8.30am6.00pm; Fri: 8.30am5.30pm
  • 1 year contract (Immediate)
