Job summary

Job description

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, office hours

Responsibilities
Spatial Experience & Fringe Activities (70%)
  • Support the Spatial Experience Lead and Programming Lead in planning and coordinating event operations for various side activities held at external venues.

  • Establish and implement efficient workflow processes to ensure smooth preparation leading up to each event.

  • Plan and coordinate event logistics in partnership with the appointed event organiser and venue partners.

  • Oversee on‑site operations to ensure seamless delivery of all event elements, responding promptly to ground challenges.

Virtual Experience Management (30%)
  • Manage the end‑to‑end virtual experience, including platform selection, setup, updates, and maintenance.

  • Work closely with ATxPO Programme and Show Operations teams to ensure accurate and timely information for the virtual track.

  • Collaborate with the ATxPO Systems team on user experience (UX) interface requirements and ensure virtual platform content is current.

  • Coordinate with event management companies and virtual systems vendors to support execution.

Cross‑Functional & Administrative Support
  • Participate in internal and external project management activities, including work‑in‑progress meetings.

  • Liaise closely with government stakeholders, industry partners, and internal teams to support planning and execution.

  • Manage administrative tasks, documentation, and other event‑related operational requirements.

  • Provide operational support for other INTL and ATxPO division‑wide programmes and activities as needed.

Requirements
  • Degree in any discipline.

  • Preferably at least 4 years of experience in events management, with exposure to large‑scale APAC industry or ministerial programmes (e.g., conferences with 1,000+ attendees).

  • Resourceful, meticulous, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple workstreams and logistics while maintaining attention to detail.

  • Strong on‑ground operations capability to manage fast‑paced event environments.

  • Familiarity with online engagement best practices, virtual event platforms, streaming technologies, and digital engagement tools.

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.

  • Able to work independently, perform well under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
