Job Overview
As the Assistant Manager, Talent Acquisition, you will support and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies to attract high-quality talent across healthcare and clinical functions. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, strengthen employer branding initiatives, and mentor junior TA team members in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Recruitment & Execution
- Support the development and execution of Talent Acquisition strategies aligned with business needs
- Mentor and guide junior TA team members to drive recruitment excellence
- Partner with Hiring Managers and HRBPs to assess manpower needs and recommend sourcing strategies
- Manage end-to-end recruitment (local & overseas), including sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding
- Oversee hiring of temporary and contract staff during peak periods
- Manage recruitment channels: job portals, agencies, walk-in interviews, referrals, and direct sourcing
- Support bulk hiring, career fairs, recruitment events, and open houses
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet workforce demands
Employer Branding & Outreach
- Execute employer branding initiatives to position the organization as an Employer of Choice
- Lead and support campus outreach, career engagement, and branding activities
- Collaborate with Marketing to create recruitment content for social media and professional platforms
- Represent the organization at career fairs, industry talks, and recruitment drives
- Support employee referral and Career Ambassador programmes
Data, Compliance & Governance
- Facilitate pre-onboarding processes, including SNB and AHPC registrations
- Ensure compliance with pre-employment checks, background screening, and regulatory requirements
- Track and analyse recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, pipeline health, hiring efficiency)
- Prepare recruitment reports for Management review
- Ensure data accuracy, PDPA compliance, and audit readiness
- Support TA projects and general HR initiatives as required
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 4–5 years of in-house Talent Acquisition experience (healthcare preferred)
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing methods, and employer branding
- Experience using job portals, social media, and professional networking platforms
- Familiar with local and overseas hiring regulations; healthcare regulatory knowledge is a strong advantage
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
- Data-driven, proactive, and self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
