Job summary

A leading electronics manufacturing services company in Singapore is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager. You'll lead a team of Product Quality Engineers and interface with customers to address product quality issues. A degree in Engineering or Management is required along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the QA field, preferably in the EMS industry. Strong knowledge of quality management systems and auditing is essential. This position offers a challenging opportunity to improve product quality and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the QA field, preferably in the EMS industry.
• Knowledge of certification requirements preferred: ISO9001, ISO14001, TS13485, TS16949.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Product Quality Engineers.
• Interface with customers on Product Quality issues.
• Monitor customer returns and implement improvement actions.
• Perform line/ESD audits on the manufacturing line.
• Oversee Incoming and Supplier Quality.

• Interface with manufacturing personnel to drive continual Improvement in Product Quality.
• Monitor customer returns and work on improvement actions.
• Perform line/ESD audits on the manufacturing line.
• Oversee:
• Incoming and Supplier Quality
• QMS and CAPA
• Formulate and implement to ensure Quality/ Regulatory System to be fully in place.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Engineering and / or management or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Quality and/ or management or equivalent
• Knowledge of certification requirements is preferred:
• ISO9001 / T19000 / ISO14001 / TS13485 /TS16949
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the QA field, preferably in the EMS industry is preferred.
