Job summary
A human resources advisory firm in Singapore is seeking an Operations & Maintenance Supervisor. The role involves planning daily operations, overseeing maintenance, and ensuring plant safety. Candidates must have a Higher Nitec in Mechanical Engineering and be willing to work outdoors and overtime. Competitive salary up to $3500 offered with potential for overtime pay.

- Availability for overtime and working on public holidays.
Responsibilities
- Plan and organize day-to-day operations of the facility.
- Oversee maintenance and repair works of plant equipment.
- Lead a team and address issues or grievances.
- Oversee plant safety procedures: WHS, FS.
- Ensure timely and accurate stock count for cylinder tracking.
- Communicate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

Education
Position title : Operations & Maintenance Supervisor
Location: Pioneer
Working Days: 5. 5 work week
Working hours : 7.30am to 4.30pm, Sat: 7.30am to 12.45pm
Salary : Up to $3500 (subject to qualifications and experience) + OT
- Plan, organize, day-to-day operations of the facility
- Be responsible for the overall maintenance and repair works of the plant equipment
- Lead a group of workers, hauliers and tanker attendants e.g. addressing issues or grievances, ensure proper facilitation of their job assignments and etc.
- Oversee and commit to plant safety procedures: WHS, FS
- Ensure stock count for cylinder tracking is timely and accurately reflected in our in-house system
- Communicate with other departments or parts of the plant to make sure everything runs smoothly
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
- Higer Nitec in Mechanical Engineering.
- Willing to work in outdoor environment
- Do not mind OT and working on PH
