Job summary
A renowned recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a Supervisor for GMP cleaning operations. The ideal candidate will manage and train a team of cleaners, oversee scheduling and resource management, while ensuring compliance with GMP standards. Competitive salary of $4,700/month offered, with day shifts rotating every week. Interested candidates should submit their resume.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in managing a team of cleaners.
- GMP or manufacturing experience is essential.
- Ability to train and manage cleaning staff efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Supervising the cleaning operations at the facility.
- Training GMP cleaners on procedures and standards.
- Managing resources and schedules for cleaning staff.
- Overseeing material and consumable management.
Skills
- Prior experience in managing 20 cleaners from vendors, with around 13 pax per shift
- GMP / manufacturing experience and managing cleaners
4700/month
- Day shift work (rotate with another supervisor): 7am to 7pm (12 hour with 1 hr break)
- Odd week – work Mon, Tue, Fri, Sat, Sun
- Even week – work Wed, Thur
- Supervision of ABS facility GMP cleaner
- Training of ABS GMP cleaners
- Resource and schedule management of GMP cleaners
- Material and consumable management
