Responsibilities
  • Oversee end-to-end creation and maintenance of cybersecurity and technology risk policies, standards, etc
  • Manage control self-assessments, compliance attestation, deviation handling, and regulatory alignment across clusters and entities.
  • Collaborate with various divisions and senior stakeholders to drive adoption and alignment of risk frameworks.
  • Champion cyber risk awareness through campaigns, socialization efforts, and integration of risk controls into business operations.
Requirements
  • At least a degree in Computer Science or certifications such as CISA, CISM, CRISC, CISSP, or CGEIT.
  • Extensive Experience in Cybersecurity Governance
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in cybersecurity, technology risk, or compliance, with strong exposure to large-scale public or regulated environments.
  • Demonstrated experience managing senior teams (10+ headcount) and influencing cross-functional stakeholders in complex organizations.
