Job description

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, scheduling, and execution to ensure timely, on-budget delivery of civil and road projects.
• Ensure compliance with client specifications, quality requirements, BCA standards, and regulatory guidelines.
• Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to meet project milestones.
• Resolve project-related issues promptly to avoid delays and cost overruns.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, safety, and environmental compliance.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering (PE Board-recognized).
• At least 5 years’ experience in road construction, civil engineering, or infrastructure projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Skilled in project management tools and Microsoft Office.
• Valid Class 3 driving license; own transport is an advantage.
