Job description

The candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing new business opportunities, and managing client relationships at a strategic level. This role requires a proactive individual with strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain long-term partnerships to achieve organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Sales and Marketing team in updating and maintaining database information, consolidating data, and preparing reports as required.

  • Respond promptly to all banquet email enquiries with well-prepared and comprehensive proposals.

  • Handle incoming calls professionally, record accurate messages, and check venue availability when required.

  • Manage the preparation and inventory control of sales kits, marketing materials, and gifts for corporate, wedding, and private functions.

  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the Manager.

Job Requirements and Qualifications

  • Relevant Diploma in Hospitality, Hotel, or F&B Management.

  • At least two (2) years’ experience in Event Sales and/or Event Planning, with a proven track record of success.

  • Proven ability to innovate, with strong commitment to task completion and the capability to work efficiently, accurately, and independently in a fast-paced environment.

  • A collaborative team player with excellent written and verbal communication, as well as strong interpersonal skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail.

  • Willing to work on weekends and public holidays when required to support events or business needs.
