Location: 6-minute walk from Somerset MRT
Working Hours: Mon–Fri 9:00am–6:00pm
Key Responsibilities
Perform accurate data entry and maintain databases
Update records for venue space availability and bookings
Support venue sourcing via calls, emails, and site visits
Assist with bookings and coordinate with internal teams and external partners
Provide general administrative support (filing, printing, email management)
Assist with on-site operations during events
Requirements
Diploma or equivalent
Pleasant personality with good organisational skills and attention to details
Comfortable with making calls and meeting vendors (when required)
Good written and verbal communication skills
Able to support operations across two sister companies under clear guidance
Flexible to assist during occasional weekends should events require support
