Job summary

A leading logistics company in Singapore is seeking a dedicated administrative support staff for the maintenance department. The role includes planning preventive maintenance schedules and maintaining records. Candidates should hold at least a GCE ‘O’ Level certification and have 1-3 years of experience in maintenance or operations. Job Description
Responsibilities:

1. Provide administrative support to the maintenance department.

2. Assist in planning preventive maintenance schedules with support and supervision from Maintenance Supervisor.

3. Assist to maintain maintenance records and documentation with support and supervision from Maintenance Supervisor.

4. Responsible for issuing and managing Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Goods Received Notes (GRN).

5. Any other duties as assigned from time to time.

Requirements:
  1. GCE ‘O’ Level or higher certification.
  2. 1–3 years of experience in a maintenance, facilities, or operations support role.
  3. Exposure to data entry and document management.
  4. Knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (SAP)
