We are looking for a detail-oriented and organised Events & Admin Executive to support operations across two sister companies. This entry-level role offers exposure to a variety of administrative and coordination tasks with clear guidance.

  • Location: 6-minute walk from Somerset MRT
  • Working Hours: Mon–Fri 9:00am–6:00pm
Key Responsibilities
  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain databases
  • Update records for venue space availability and bookings
  • Support venue sourcing via calls, emails, and site visits
  • Assist with bookings and coordinate with internal teams and external partners
  • Provide general administrative support (filing, printing, email management)
  • Assist with on-site operations during events
Requirements
  • Diploma or equivalent
  • Pleasant personality with good organisational skills and attention to details
  • Comfortable with making calls and meeting vendors (when required)
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to support operations across two sister companies under clear guidance
  • Flexible to assist during occasional weekends should events require support
