Provide administrative support to the sales team
Prepare and process sales quotations, orders, and invoices
Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports
Assist with coordination of meetings, schedules, and follow-ups
Communicate with customers to handle inquiries and provide updates
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and service
Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock management (if applicable)
Previous experience in sales support, administration, or a similar role
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ERP systems
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
High attention to detail and accuracy
