A leading global financial institution in Singapore is seeking a Contract Operations Analyst to join the Fixed Income, Currencies and Commodities Operations team. This role involves managing legal confirmations for FX and Interest Rate derivatives, ensuring trade accuracy, and collaborating with internal teams. The ideal candidate is a fresh graduate or has 1-2 years of experience in Operations, equipped with strong organizational and communication skills. This position is instrumental in maintaining operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.

We are seeking a Contract Operations Analyst to join the Fixed Income, Currencies and Commodities (FICC) Operations team, supporting Foreign Exchange and Interest Rate derivatives. This role offers strong exposure to front-to-back trade lifecycle processes and close collaboration with Sales, Trading, Legal, Compliance, Technology, and global Operations teams.
This position is suitable for fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience who are eager to build a career in global markets operations.
- Draft and manage legal confirmations for FX and Interest Rate derivative transactions
- Partner with internal stakeholders (Sales, Trading, Legal, Compliance, Technology, and Operations) to resolve issues and ensure timely trade confirmation
- Support regional and global initiatives within the FX/IR Operations team
- Ensure accuracy of trade bookings, confirmations, and settlements
- Perform operational reconciliations to maintain strong risk and control standards
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and efficiency
- Build subject matter expertise across front-to-back operations
- Collaborate with global teams to ensure consistency and best practices
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related discipline
- Fresh graduate or 1–2 years of experience in Operations or a related function
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, enthusiastic, and collaborative team player
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and sound judgment
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
- Understanding of Foreign Exchange and Interest Rates markets, including derivatives
- Familiarity with the regulatory environment for financial markets
- Experience with ISDA documentation

- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
