Job Responsibilities
  • Client Due Diligence: Execute comprehensive KYC processes, verifying client identity, assets, investment objectives, and risk tolerance, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and providing a robust compliance foundation for financial services.
  • Client Communication & Service Enhancement: Address client inquiries during onboarding and account opening efficiently, continuously optimize service processes, and deliver tailored, integrated solutions to enhance client experience and satisfaction.
  • Compliance & Risk Management: Collaborate with front-, middle-, and back-office teams to manage account opening, trade confirmation, and AML processes, ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and mitigation of operational and legal risks.
  • Internal Collaboration & Decision Support: Participate in cross-department collaboration and internal training, consolidate and analyze client and market information to support team decision-making and business optimization.
