Job summary

A leading company in the beauty sector is seeking an experienced Brand Manager to drive growth for its Beauty & Well-Being brands in Singapore. You will lead brand marketing for skincare and haircare portfolios, develop integrated marketing plans, and execute social-first campaigns. Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years in FMCG brand management and strong digital marketing expertise. This role offers an opportunity to work with diverse stakeholders to ensure successful brand execution.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years’ FMCG brand management experience, preferably in Beauty & Well-Being.
  • Strong experience in digital marketing and social-first brand building.
  • Proven ability to manage agencies and cross-functional teams.

  • Lead end-to-end brand marketing for skincare and haircare portfolios.
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing and communication plans.
  • Drive social-first campaigns, influencer programs, and digital activations.
  • Manage brand budgets and track performance against KPIs.
  • Support NPD launches and provide consumer insights for innovation pipelines.
  • Monitor competitive landscape and identify growth opportunities.
  • Partner cross-functionally to deliver strong execution across key channels.

ROLE OVERVIEW

The Brand Manager will drive growth for Beauty & Well-Being brands by building strong brand equity and accelerating demand through social-first, consumer-led marketing. This role positions Singapore as a premium showcase market, ensuring skincare and haircare brands stay ahead of trends and deliver sustainable, profitable growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead end-to-end brand marketing for skincare and haircare portfolios
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing and communication plans
  • Drive social-first campaigns, influencer programs, and digital activations
  • Manage brand budgets and track performance against KPIs
  • Support NPD launches and provide consumer insights for innovation pipelines
  • Monitor competitive landscape and identify growth opportunities
  • Partner cross-functionally to deliver strong execution across key channels

  • Global and Business Group Brand Teams
