Reports To: Chief Marketing Officer / Head of Strategic Operations

Role Overview

The Sales Manager is responsible for leading Morrow Health's membership sales function - driving revenue growth, building a high-performance sales team, and designing the full sales playbook and operational SOPs. This role is highly results-driven and requires hands‑on leadership in hiring, training, coaching, and optimising sales performance.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Revenue Delivery
  • Own and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual membership sales targets.
  • Develop pricing strategies, sales promotions, referral systems, and corporate membership programmes.
  • Track key sales metrics such as conversion rates, show‑up rate, lead pipeline health, revenue per consultant.
Team Leadership & Development
  • Recruit, train, and lead a team of Membership Consultants and Sales Executives.
  • Conduct weekly coaching, role‑play sessions, call reviews, and performance reviews.
  • Establish sales KPIs, commission structures, incentives, and career progression pathways.
Sales Playbook & SOP Development
  • Build and maintain the Morrow Sales Playbook including scripts, consultation flows, objection handling, and CRM workflows.
  • Set daily operations SOPs – briefing rhythm, reporting templates, CRM documentation, handover to Membership Experience team.
Training & Capability Building
  • Design onboarding and continuous training for sales staff – product knowledge, emotional intelligence selling, lifestyle coaching.
  • Conduct performance reviews and competency-based assessments.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with Marketing to optimise lead generation campaigns and conversion funnels.
  • Align with Operations and Membership Experience teams for seamless onboarding.
  • Work with Finance on revenue forecasting, commission payout, and target setting.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or relevant field.
  • Minimum 5 years in sales, with at least 2 years managing a sales team
  • Experience in membership-based models (fitness, spa, wellness, medical clubs, hospitality) preferred.
  • Strong leadership, persuasive communication, problem‑solving, and performance coaching ability.
  • Commercially driven with a structured, process-oriented mindset.
  • CRM system usage, sales reporting dashboards, pipeline management.

Bonus: The ideal candidate has strong experience in lifestyle or wellness membership sales (fitness clubs, medical‑wellness facilities, luxury hospitality, etc.) and is passionate about building a scalable sales engine that delivers commercial success and premium member experience.
