The Sr Manager of Sales Operations partners closely with Asia and Korea Sales Leadership, Finance, HR, and GTM teams to drive predictable revenue growth, improve forecast accuracy, and strengthen operational rigor across the sales organization. This role leads strategic planning, performance management, and business rhythm to enable scalable, high-performance go-to-market execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Asia and Korea Sales Leaders to develop and execute regional growth strategies and operating plans.
- Drive forecast accuracy through disciplined pipeline management, inspection cadences, and data-driven methodologies.
- Lead account reviews, opportunity inspections, and deal governance to accelerate high-quality revenue outcomes.
- Own the cadence and delivery of QBRs, MBRs, and executive business reviews, ensuring clear insights and actions.
- Lead annual and quarterly planning, including territory design, coverage models, and quota setting.
- Partner with Finance on revenue planning, forecasting, and performance analytics.
- Work with HR to support headcount planning, capacity modeling, hiring plans, and talent readiness.
- Collaborate with GTM teams on segmentation, routing, account coverage, and go-to-market effectiveness.
- Build and scale operational frameworks that drive consistency, accountability, and execution excellence.
- Translate complex data into clear executive-level insights and recommendations.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or related roles, preferably in enterprise or B2B technology.
- Proven experience partnering with senior sales leaders in complex, matrixed organizations.
- Strong expertise in forecasting, pipeline management, quota methodology, and performance management.
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with Finance, HR, and GTM teams.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence without authority.
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Experience
- Experience supporting high-growth or SaaS organizations.
- Experience working across Asia Pacific and/or Korea markets.
