Reporting to theChief Executive, this role advances the organisation’s strategic mission by leading transformation and change to strengthen the delivery of public services. The role champions aclient-centric culture, with a strong focus on service quality, talentdevelopment and robust systems & processes. It provides overall leadership of the Corporate Services Division, setting strategic direction across all corporate and enabling functions.

Key responsibilities span finance and budgeting, risk management, procurement, human resources, organisational development, communications, office management, security and information technology.

The role ensures the organisation operates as a trusted public partner by placing people at the centre of service delivery.

Job Details:
  • Works closely with senior management to set and implement clear corporate and strategic directions for the public sector.
  • Oversees the delivery of corporate services across the organisation, ensuring efficient, consistent and high-quality support to operational functions.
  • Upholds strong corporate governance and accountability while building organisational capability through effective human resource management and workforce development frameworks.
  • Drives organisational excellence and client-centric outcomes through sound financial stewardship, performance measurement and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Leads business process re-engineering, corporate communications and information technology strategies to enhance operational effectiveness and organisational resilience.
Pre-requisites:
  • Ideally, the incumbent to possess min 15 years’ experience in corporate management and administration, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role with demonstrated capability in leading complex organisational functions.
  • Proven experience in managing a department, preferably within corporate services, together with a strong track record in driving transformation and change management initiatives.
  • Strong political acumen, coupled with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, enabling sound judgement and timely decision-making across a broad range of strategic and operational issues.
  • Highly developed communication, stakeholder engagement and people management skills, supported by strong self-motivation and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities.
