Role Overview

We are seeking a Contract Operations Analyst to join the Fixed Income, Currencies and Commodities (FICC) Operations team, supporting Foreign Exchange and Interest Rate derivatives. This role offers strong exposure to front-to-back trade lifecycle processes and close collaboration with Sales, Trading, Legal, Compliance, Technology, and global Operations teams.

This position is suitable for fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience who are eager to build a career in global markets operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and manage legal confirmations for FX and Interest Rate derivative transactions
• Partner with internal stakeholders (Sales, Trading, Legal, Compliance, Technology, and Operations) to resolve issues and ensure timely trade confirmation
• Support regional and global initiatives within the FX/IR Operations team
• Ensure accuracy of trade bookings, confirmations, and settlements
• Perform operational reconciliations to maintain strong risk and control standards
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and efficiency
• Build subject matter expertise across front-to-back operations
• Collaborate with global teams to ensure consistency and best practices

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related discipline
• Fresh graduate or 1–2 years of experience in Operations or a related function
