A financial advisory firm in Singapore is seeking a proactive Executive Assistant to support talent acquisition efforts. The role involves sourcing candidates, arranging interviews, and maintaining communication throughout the hiring process. Ideal candidates should possess a diploma, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently. This is a full-time position with a salary of $2,500 per month.
Salary: $ 2,500/mth
Working Hours: 9.30am – 6.30pm

Credence Group, a financial advisory firm, is looking for a proactive Executive Assistant to support talent acquisition efforts. The role involves sourcing candidates via various channels (e.g. job portals, social media), arranging interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and maintaining communication with candidates through the hiring process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Source and assess candidates through phone interviews.
• Coordinate interviews through to onboarding and provide feedback to hiring managers.
• Conduct cold calling and candidate outreach.
Requirements:
· Diploma graduates and aboveDiploma graduates and above
· Diploma graduates and above
· Singaporean/ Singaporean PR
· Self-motivated, with strong initiative and communication skills.
· Possess strong judgment and persuasion skills.
· Ability to work independently, manage time, and stay organized.
· Willing to work with financial services managers (no requirement to become a consultant).
