Job summary

A financial services company located in Singapore is looking for an experienced sales professional to lead their Customer Service team.   • Lead the Customer Service team.
  • Manage the communication session with customers regularly to maintain the business relationship.
  • Decide quote by referring to company pricing policy and approval level, accept customer orders and give a discount per position level.Collaborate with the Regional to plan, execute, and optimize account strategies aimed at sales growth and market expansion.
  • Proactively identify, develop, and qualify new business leads and manage them through all sales stages from discovery to close.
  • Build and update desirable account lists, screen potential customers, and prioritize high-value opportunities for organization growth.
  • Conduct impactful meetings with C-level executives, provide product demos, and clearly articulate the business value of innovative offerings.
  • Work closely with Customer Success, Finance, Operations, and Product teams to ensure seamless client onboarding, support, and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Possess at least a bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Inside Sales or Outside Sales within a related field.Demonstrates a strong customer orientation, effectively identifying and resolving client challenges.
  • Possesses outstanding oral and written communication to interact with internal stakeholders and key external decision-makers.
  • Has demonstrable success in direct and indirect sales, including experience with agents and distributors.
  • Skilled at managing multiple priorities, maintaining attention to detail, and driving efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
