Job Responsibilities

Project Management

• Lead end-to-end delivery ofoperations-related projects or initiatives (Cash Management, Payments,Remittance)
• Define project scope,timelines, and resource allocation
• Manage stakeholders acrossOperations, Technology, and Business units
• Ensure compliance withregulatory and internal governance standards

Business Analysis

• Articulate, gather and documentbusiness requirements
• Perform gap analysis andprocess mapping
• Prioritize change requests
• Translate requirements intofunctional specifications
• Support UAT planning andexecution

Remittance Expertise

• Support local and cross-borderremittance operations
• Ensure system stability andoperational efficiency for remittance platforms
• Drive enhancements andautomation for remittance processes

Data Analytics

• Manage remittance dataanalytics for trend analysis, fraud detection, and operational insights
• Develop dashboards and reportsfor management
• Use data to optimize cost andimprove STP (Straight Through Processing) rates

Operational Excellence

• Drive process improvements andautomation initiatives
• Identify operational risks andpropose mitigation strategies
• Ensure adherence to SLAs andKPIs

Stakeholder Management

• Communicate effectively withsenior management and cross-functional teams
• Prepare project updates,dashboards, and executive summaries

Regulatory & Risk Compliance

• Ensure projects comply with MASregulations and internal risk frameworks
• Support audits and regulatoryreporting requirements

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’sdegree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field

Technical Expertise

• Strongknowledge of remittance systems and payment platforms
• Familiaritywith SWIFT, CBPR+, MEPS+, and cross-border payment rails

• Knowledgeof BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) and SQL

Regulatory Knowledge

• Familiaritywith MAS guidelines, AML/KYC, and operational risk frameworks
