Job summary
A leading company is seeking a Senior Accountant to support their operations in Singapore. The role entails managing month-end closing processes, generating financial reports, and assisting with HR and payroll functions. Ideal candidates should have 3-4 years of accounting experience and be proficient in accounting software such as MYOB and Xero.
Qualifications
- 3 to 4 years accounting experience required.
- Detailed, meticulous, and able to meet tight deadlines.
- Proficient in MYOB and Xero essential.
Responsibilities
- Execute month-end closing and handle full sets of accounts.
- Generate monthly Profit and Loss reports for management.
- Assist in payroll and HR functions, including WP and EP processing.

The Senior Accountant will provide support to the office in terms of
- Able to execute month end closing and perform full sets of accounts.
- Keeping proper filing and records of customers invoices, company expenses and assisting the office manager to prepare regular payments to suppliers and vendors.
- Keeping proper filing and records of company expenses
- General office administrative support as and when needed.
- Execute GST submission or IRAS filing.
- Generate monthly Profit and Loss reports for management.
- Assist in preparing monthly payroll.
- Able to do HR functions like processing WP, EP, S Pass payroll etc
- Manage procurement for Factory as well as lead and champion factory audits.
- Experienced in having junior accountants reporting to this role.
The candidate must require :-
- 3 to 4 years’ accounting working experience.
- Detailed and meticulous, able to work under pressure and tight datelines.
- Proficient in MS Office and MYOB and Xero Accounting software is essential.
- Creditable accounting qualifications.
