Are you passionate about credit risk, documentation quality, and portfolio assurance? We’re looking for an experienced Credit Documentation Assurance Specialist to play a key role in strengthening credit governance and supporting a high-performing Commercial Banking business.

In this role, you’ll work closely with Relationship Managers, Credit, Legal, and Operations teams, gaining broad exposure across the credit lifecycle while contributing to process improvements and digital transformation initiatives.

What You’ll Do
  • Ensure credit documentation is accurate, complete, and aligned with approved credit terms
  • Review commercial banking portfolios to assess credit health, documentation standards, and policy compliance
  • Monitor covenants, key risk indicators, and early warning signals
  • Identify gaps, elevate risks, and provide practical insights to stakeholders
  • Support audits and prepare portfolio assurance and exception reports
  • Contribute to workflow optimisation, automation, and digitisation initiatives
What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Law, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in credit documentation, credit operations, or risk assurance
  • Strong understanding of commercial banking products, credit structures, and regulatory requirements
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and communication skills
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with digital documentation platforms or data governance tools is a plus
