Job summary

A healthcare organization in Singapore is seeking a part-time Clinic Assistant to manage clinic operations and ensure high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate will possess qualifications such as GCE N / 'O' level or equivalent in Nursing and experience in a healthcare setting is beneficial. Key responsibilities include managing patient flow, administrative duties, and supporting billing processes. Job description

We are seeking for a Clinic Assistant who is looking for a part-time position (30 hours, 4.5 day work week) with fixed hours.

Responsibilities
  • Manage daily operations of the clinic to ensure efficiency, compliance, and high-quality patient care.
  • Perform administrative duties that are pertinent to clinic operations and service standards, such as managing insurance claims, Medisave claims, MediShield claims, procurement and maintenance functions, and licensing documentation.
  • Handle clinic duties such as managing patient flow, appointment scheduling, and overseeing inventory, always maintaining high standard of services.
  • Support billing, financial counselling, and subsidy-related matters in compliance with policies
  • Responsible for ordering of medicines, ensuring medications are in stock and medication dispensing and ensure that medications are administered in accordance with guidelines, policies, and procedures.
  • Manage patients’ expectations and uphold high standard of medical care and service delivery are provided and maintained.
  • Chaperone doctor, prepare patients for examination as needed.
  • Assist Doctor in providing treatment and medical examination
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and internal policies.
Requirements
  • Minimum GCE N / 'O' level, NITEC in Nursing or WSQ Higher Certificate in Healthcare Operations
  • Experience in healthcare setting would be an advantage
