As part of country expansion, we are looking for a accomplished and dedicated Operations Manager to be part of the Store Operations team. You will be responsible for leading store operations across Singapore, ensuring exceptional customer experience, consistent brand standards, strong financial performance, and a thriving team culture. You will also be an integral part supporting of the Group’s strategic expansion and initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute operational strategies to achieve sales, profitability (P&L management), and efficiency targets
  • Conduct regular analysis of store performance metrics, financial reports (KPIs, COGS, labour, EBITDA), and market trends to identify opportunities/mitigate risks
  • Implement and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency in product quality, service, and store presentation
  • Drive operational excellence initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction, speed of service, and overall store experience
  • Lead and mentor operations team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
  • Champion a people-oriented environment; genuine care for team well‑being, development, and engagement
  • Collaborate with marketing and R&D teams to launch new initiatives successfully
Requirements
  • Proven experience of 5 years in F&B or Operations
  • Degree in Business Management or equivalent
  • Proven track record in managing P&L, driving performance, and achieving operational excellence
  • Prior experience with established F&B brands (e.g., coffee chains, QSR, beverage retail) advantageous
  • Excellent leadership skills with demonstrated ability in developing teams and strong employee satisfaction
  • Good attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
