Responsibilities
  • Manage NIE Director’s personal and professional appointments and provide general assistance at meetings.
  • Coordinate NIE Director’s overseas travel arrangements.
  • Manage NIE Director’s role-based email and incoming/outgoing phone calls.
  • Manage NIE Director’s office filing systems.
  • Oversee NIE Director’s Office financial-related matters.
  • Manage project timelines for NIE Director’s Office.
  • Maintain the physical inventory and hygiene of NIE Director’s Office.
  • Provide other administrative support, as required.
Requirements
  • A University Degree.
  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
  • Good command of the English language. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Possess the ability to display tact and diplomacy in managing different stakeholders’ demands.
