We are seeking a visionary Product Leader to build and scale our B2B cross-border crypto payments business. This is a strategic yet hands‑on role where you will define product direction, architect solutions, and deliver a world‑class payment infrastructure for global enterprises.

The ideal candidate brings deep experience in global payment products and a strong understanding of crypto rails and digital assets. We welcome leaders from both technical and product backgrounds—for example, an engineer or architect who evolved into a product leader. What matters is your ability to bridge technology with business strategy and own the full product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build & Scale the Product Line: Develop a world‑class suite of B2B cross‑border payment products in the crypto context.
• Lead Product & Technology: Shape product strategy while staying hands‑on with APIs, embedded finance, and technical integrations.
• Own End‑to‑End Delivery: From ideation and market validation to product design, technical architecture, and go‑to‑market execution.
• Bridge Payments & Crypto: Combine deep knowledge of payments (settlement, compliance, FX, treasury) with practical use of crypto rails.
• Drive an API‑First Approach: Ensure secure, scalable, and developer‑friendly APIs for partners and enterprise clients.
• Lead Cross‑Functional Execution: Work closely with engineering, compliance, commercial, and operations teams to ship and scale.
• Think Global, Launch in Asia: Deliver solutions tailored for international businesses, with Asia as the initial focus market.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Industry Experience: Strong background in payments, embedded finance, or B2B financial platforms. Crypto experience strongly preferred.
• Technical Fluency: Previous coding experience; comfortable diving into API and architecture discussions with engineering teams.
• Product Leadership: Proven track record of delivering complex, global financial products from 0→1 and scaling them.
