Responsibilities

• Assist on defining product requirements, right Customer Journeys, front to back Process design and right Test scenarios as well as Customer Migration aspects
• Work closely with teams to make design is standardized and ensure right outcomes
• Groom, prioritize, and maintain multiple backlog’s
• Write clear and actionable User stories , Review user stories and acceptance criteria
• Ensure backlog is visible, transparent, and understood
• Act as liaison between stakeholders and team
• Gather and analyze feedback from customers, users, and stakeholders to refine products
• Participate in making decisions regarding product features, scope, and priorities
• Manage technical constraints, business needs, and user requirements and change requests
• Conduct market research, monitor industry trends and competitor products and analyze user behavior to identify opportunities for improvements
• Track product performance metrics and ensure product meets quality standards
• Identify areas for improvement and drive continuous enhancements
• Assist with ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements
