Monthly Salary

Job Description

• Lead and manage outbound logistics operations and provide support to the sales team
• Prepare, review and organize shipping documents (e.g., invoices, packing lists, delivery orders) to ensure accuracy and compliance with export regulations
• Communicate with shipping companies, transport contractors, suppliers, and customers to ensure timely delivery
• Update internal and external stakeholders on shipment statuses
• Organize and send shipping documents to customers, sales team, finance (F&A) and banks for L/C negotiation
• Support negotiation for cost‑effective and efficient logistics services
• Ensure compliance with internal control policies and export control regulations

Requirements

• Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team to achieve results
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Good decision‑making and organizational abilities
• Knowledge of export rules, compliance standards, and internal control processes
• SAP system experience is preferred
