Job description

Job Summary:

As a Green Education & Partnership Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling sustainable educational products, services, and partnerships to schools, colleges, universities, and other educational institutions. Your primary goal is to establish and nurture relationships with educational decision-makers, collaborate on sustainable initiatives, and contribute to the advancement of environmental education and sustainable practices within the education sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Analysis and Research:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients, their sustainability needs, and market trends in the education sector.
  • Stay updated on environmental education requirements and opportunities.

Sales and Partnership Development:

  • Identify and target educational institutions interested in sustainability and environmental education.
  • Initiate contact, build relationships, and engage decision-makers at these institutions.
  • Present sustainable educational products and services in a compelling manner.
  • Negotiate and finalize partnerships, contracts, and agreements with educational clients.

Product Knowledge:

  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of the sustainable educational products and services offered.
  • Be capable of explaining the environmental and educational benefits to potential clients.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to address client inquiries and concerns.

Collaboration and Networking:

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful execution of sustainable education projects.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and educational forums to expand your network and stay informed about market developments.

Sales Strategy and Reporting:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies, forecasts, and goals.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, track progress, and share insights with the management team.

Sustainability Advocacy:

  • Act as an advocate for sustainability in education and encourage institutions to adopt eco-friendly practices and curriculum.
  • Position the company as a thought leader in sustainable education.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree / diploma in a relevant field (e.g., environmental science, education, business).
  • Relevant Sustainability Certification such as (GRI, ISO14001) is highly encouraged
  • Proven experience in sales, especially within the education sector.
  • A passion for sustainability and environmental education.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of the education industry and its challenges.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
  • Location: Kowabunga! Global Pte. Ltd. Headquarters
  • Working hours : Mondays to Fridays 8:30am to 5:30pm
  • Salary Range : $3500 - $5500 (Salary Range: $3,500 – $5,500 (Basic + Commission)
